We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough post-closing reviews of mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and company standardsAccurately identify, document, and categorize any discrepancies or defects found during the audit processAdhere to established auditing guidelines, investor requirements, and internal policiesConsistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Basic Qualifications: Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Specific Qualifications: 1-2 years of auditing experience preferredFamiliarity with FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs is a plusExcellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and root causes in loan file dataStrong understanding of mortgage loan documents, compliance regulations, and post-closing procedures Benefits: 401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance In Summary:If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that values your skills and expertise, we want to hear from you.
