Lead initiatives to boost team member engagement, create a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee retention. Optimize HRIS processes, particularly with UKG, ensuring accurate data handling, efficient workflows, and insightful reporting. Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records while ensuring compliance in HR operations and reporting. Collaborate with managers on the recruiting and onboarding process, from job postings to coordinating interviews and new hire orientation. Organize training and development sessions, monitor participation, and assist in creating educational resources. Participate in HR projects and process improvements that promote efficiency and enhance the employee experience. What We Are Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR or related fields (internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles welcome). Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially UKG or similar platforms, is advantageous.
