Job Title: Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Urgent CareLocation: Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care, Henderson, KYPosition Overview:Deaconess Clinic is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Urgent Care team. This is an hourly position with a competitive base rate and an incentive compensation plan, offering the potential to earn up to 10% of the base salary as a bonus. You will provide high-quality urgent care services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide urgent care services, including routine acute care, physicals, and minor procedures (e.g., laceration repair, lesion removal, ingrown nail treatment, splinting, and foreign body removal).Work in a fully implemented EMR (Epic), integrated for both inpatient and outpatient care.Work 3 12-hour shifts per week, with 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks.Ensure quality patient care while working in a collaborative team environment.Schedule:3 12-hour shifts per week2 weekends every 6 weeksUrgent care clinics are open 365 days a year, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.Compensation:Competitive base rateIncentive compensation plan with the potential to earn up to 10% of the base salary as a bonus.Qualifications:Licensure in the states of Indiana and Kentucky.Certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent certification as a Physician Assistant (PA).Strong clinical skills in urgent care or related fields.Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.Why Deaconess Clinic?Join a dynamic team offering a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in urgent care.
