Our Security Officers play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling various locations. Officers enforce regulations and provide customer service to personnel and visitors, often serving as a physical deterrent. Requirements for Security Officer: Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills Demonstrate calm, polite, and professional behavior Exceptional customer service skills PSR evaluation required Experience in military, law enforcement, or armed security preferred We provide full training for our valued Security Officers. Typical Job Duties: Patrol assigned sites on foot or in a vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, and security violations. Respond to emergency situations, demonstrating quick judgment and appropriate measures. Work directly with law enforcement and community representatives. Write detailed incident reports regarding unauthorized entries, suspicious activities, and other observed issues. Screen visitors at public entrances to prevent prohibited items from entering facilities. Monitor surveillance cameras; competency in using a tablet, computer, or smartphone is required. Must comply with applicable state, county, and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Security Officers.
