In the role of Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our team efforts while fostering a collaborative work environment. As a key player in the Provider Release of Information team, you'll concentrate on automating workflows for managing information requests. This position is crucial for developing scalable API products and outstanding user interfaces that promote efficiency and partnership integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead, nurture, and develop a high-performing engineering team through effective hiring, mentoring, and fostering a culture of ongoing growth. Establish the technical vision for Datavant's ROI products, aligning it with both technical excellence and business objectives. Partner with product and design leadership to define the product roadmap, integrating technical constraints early in decision-making. Enhance product efficiencies by aligning use cases with technical viability and making data-driven choices on prioritization and success measurement. Drive initiatives for product innovation to improve our services. Streamline Agile/Scrum processes to eliminate bottlenecks and boost team delivery. Remain actively involved by leading critical projects, participating in code reviews, and engaging in architectural discussions. Act as an effective communicator, coach, and mentor within the team. What You Bring to the Table: A strong desire to transform the healthcare industry with innovative solutions. Deep technical knowledge and understanding of modern software architectures, enabling meaningful discussions with your engineering team. A data-driven mindset to shape strategy and inform decision-making. Experience in leading teams, with the capacity to guide and contribute technically. The expected total cash compensation for this position ranges from $190,000 to $230,000 USD.
