You will oversee a diverse team of internal employees and contractors to deliver effective business solutions. Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop program strategy and create a roadmap that organizes and maintains cross-functional projects. Lead project teams by partnering with business and technical organizations to foster collaboration and ensure the development of comprehensive project plans. Work closely with the Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to align program objectives with business goals. Continuously monitor, assess, and report on the program's status, addressing scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with strategic objectives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships; regularly present project updates to stakeholders for clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Adhere to Highmark’s project management standards, methodologies, and audit requirements while contributing to enhancements in project management practices. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Pay Range Minimum: $57,700.00 Pay Range Maximum: $107,800.00 The base pay is determined by various factors, including qualifications and experience. The displayed salary range is subject to geographic differentials based on market comparisons.
