A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available starting August 3rd in Hebron, NE, serving a caseload of over 900 students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade within a dedicated school district. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility for special education services in accordance with Nebraska Rule 51. Lead Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) initiatives by facilitating problem-solving at the district, building, and individual levels to promote student success. Chair Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop and implement tailored interventions. Provide expert consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators on topics related to child development, mental health, and effective classroom strategies. Deliver direct support through individual and group counseling to students with behavioral or emotional challenges. Qualifications: Valid Nebraska Department of Education certificate with K-12 School Psychologist Field Endorsement is required. Proven ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining high-quality services. Strong skills in psycho-educational evaluation and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams.
