You'll create original content, maintain our websites and social platforms, and help shape how our organization shows up online - including on LinkedIn, where employer brand and leadership visibility matter.What You'll DoManage and maintain social media channels across all dealership locationsCreate and launch new social media channels as neededDevelop original content including posts, reels, short-form video, photos, graphics, and storiesWrite engaging, platform-specific copy (especially for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)Maintain and update dealership websites to ensure content is current and accurateHelp build our employer brand through LinkedIn content and storytellingMonitor trends and suggest creative content ideas proactivelyTrack, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics and engagementProtect and maintain brand voice and visual consistencyCollaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, HR, and Leadership teamsUse tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google AdsSupport digital campaigns, promotions, and internal initiatives with creative assetsWho You AreCreative, curious, and not afraid to try new ideasComfortable creating content - not just scheduling itStrong communicator with a feel for tone, visuals, and storytellingOrganized and able to manage multiple projects at onceSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyExcited to learn, grow, and build a marketing careerQualificationsEducation: Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related degree preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)Experience: Internship, portfolio, or hands-on social media experience preferredSkills:Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, etc.)Comfort with analytics and performance trackingPhotography, video, or design experience is a plusCreative portfolio or examples of work strongly preferredRequirements:Legal authorization to work in the U.S.Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screeningWork EnvironmentOffice-based with frequent computer and mobile device useFast-paced, creative, deadline-driven environmentOccasional time spent on dealership floors for content creationTravel to all 4 locationsSchedule & CompensationFull-time (part-time may be considered for the right candidate)Day shift with flexibility during dealership business hoursCompetitive compensation based on experienceWhy This Role Is DifferentThis isn't a "post what we tell you" job.You'll have real creative input, visible impact, and ownership - with the chance to grow your skills, your portfolio, and your career.If you're creative, motivated, and ready to make your mark, we want to hear from you.
