As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee all restaurant functions, ensure high-quality food and service, and foster a team-oriented environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver outstanding service. Job Requirements and Essential Functions: Must be at least 18 years of age. 1-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail, including accountability for Profit and Loss. Ability to work a 50-hour week. High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Basic computer skills are essential. Reliable transportation is required. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, along with basic math and accounting skills. Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and bend during 80% of the shift.
