SDS RX Logistics Coordinator

Right patient, right place, right time. /n The core responsibilities of this role include: Coordinate deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensure compliance with customer requirements. /n Position: Logistics Coordinator Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am -; 5 pm Pay: Base 52,000/yr. /n The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: /n * Scheduling drivers * Relationship building and collaboration skills * Managing billing and driver settlements daily using eCourier software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with dispatch systems or dispatch management. * Previous experience with independent contractors. * Strong negotiation skills. * Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in logistics and customer service. * Availability for on-call shifts * Strong attention to detail and time management skills. /n Our excellent benefits packages includes: /n * Affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage available beginning on your 30th day * PTO program for all associates, including paid holidays and vacation * 401(k) with generous company match * Tuition reimbursement program * Excellent training and career advancement opportunities /n Key Accountabilities: /n * Schedule and assign drivers to delivery routes. * Coordinate deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensure compliance with customer requirements. * Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare and submit reports for clients and management. * Attend weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions when needed. * Conduct meetings with independent contractors to address performance or concerns. * Cover open shifts or deliver routes in emergency situations. * Be available for non-traditional hours, including on-call or weekends. * Some travel may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided. /n Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
