As a US - Field Technical Spt Cons III - US2, you will be part of the technical support department supporting customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: US - Field Technical Spt Cons III - US2 Location: Hawaii, HI 96813 What's the Job? Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations. Configure hardware, software, and network components to resolve technical issues on-site. Perform repairs on printers and other hardware, utilizing mechanical skills and tools. Manage critical service events, educate customers about technology, and interact with multiple levels of management. Balance multiple activities, prioritize tasks effectively, and understand the business impact of service delivery. What's Needed? Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work in physically demanding environments. Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays. Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal communication skills. High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training; college preferred. What's in it for me?
