Jr. Account ManagerLocation: Havre de Grace, MD | Hybrid ScheduleIndustry: Global ManufacturingOverviewWe are seeking a motivated Jr. Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning products and processes, and developing into a sales-focused account management position within a global manufacturing environment.Daily Functions & Responsibilities In this role, you will initially focus on customer service and account support while gaining deep knowledge of products, systems, and internal processes. Over time, you'll transition into a blended role that includes account management and proactive business development responsibilities.You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service while processing orders, and quotes. As you grow into the role, you'll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, conduct outreach to prospects and lower-tier accounts, and support new business growth. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving long-term account success.Required SkillsThe ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development within a B2B distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is highly preferred.
