This position will mainly support our Hartland practice and will also support our Oconomowoc practice on a weekly basis.Responsibilities Educate patients on their treatment plan and the importance of their oral healthPresent treatment plan options and gain financial consent including payment plansEnsure treatment plans are accurate in the systemManage a productive schedule and schedule future appointmentsCoordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointmentsComplete all administrative tasks accurately and timelyQualificationsHigh school diploma required, a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferredMinimum of two (2) years experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environmentKnowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferredSuperior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patientsProficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferredWillingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding practicesBenefitsAs a valued team member, you ll enjoy a rewarding career with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
