Pay Starting at $19–$21+/hour, based on experience Additional shift differentials Opportunities for regular wage increases Position Overview | As a Machine Operator, you will: Set up and operate converting bag machines Load machines with film roll stock Produce bags and pouches to customer specifications Monitor production quality and output Handle finished products Follow all safety and operational guidelines What We’re Looking For Ability to lift 10–15 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally Strong attendance and positive attitude Mechanical aptitude (or willingness to learn) Ability to read a tape measure and record data accurately Good communication skills Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Apply Today Ready to start your career in a growing industry?Visit and search Hartford, WI to apply.
