Forklift Associate Jobs | Hartford City IN Focus is currently seeking forklift driver candidates for a large facility in Hartford City, Indiana. The primary function of this position is to support the facility through collecting, loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products. Great candidates will be responsible for operating equipment, optimizing loading efficiency, and distributing merchandise throughout the facility. Forklift Operator Duties may include but not limited to the following: Moving product through the warehouse Loading/ Unloading Trucks Stacking Product for Shipping Standing/ driving for up to 8-10 hours Other job duties explained at orientation Location: Hartford City, IN Shift: A Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM | B Shift: 4:00 PM 3:30 AM Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour. Opportunity to qualify for a $120 attendance bonus every week for those with perfect attendance each pay week.
