Safety Manager

Supreme Industries is looking for a Safety Manager who brings a strong field presence and a proactive mindset to safety. This role is critical to supporting our crews in upstate New York and around the area - ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our standards and values. If you're someone who leads from the front, connects well with field teams, and takes pride in building a strong safety culture - not just enforcing rules - this is the opportunity to make an impactLocationposition will support our mid-Atlantic region including projects in PA, VA, WV, and NC. Ideal candidate can live in any of these areas as long as he/she is able to regularly travel to all operations within the region.What You'll DoLead daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings and coach crews on hazard recognition and safe work practicesConduct field safety audits and reinforce a behavior-based safety cultureDeliver HSE training and ensure compliance with OSHA (29 CFR 1926) and company standardsSupport incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsMaintain safety documentation including training records, inspections, and incident reportsPartner with Project Managers and Superintendents to continuously improve safety performanceEnsure readiness of safety equipment and first aid supplies across job sitesRequired Experience & Qualifications5+ years of construction or industrial safety experienceStrong communication skills and ability to engage field personnelAbility to manage multiple job sites and prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeValid driver's licenseHighly Preferred Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Safety or related fieldSafety Certifications such as CHST or CSPExperience in heavy civil, utilities, ROW, or pipeline work is a strong plusWhy Join Supreme IndustriesAt Supreme Industries, we are committed to building more than projects - we are building a team, a culture, and a company where people can grow and make a lasting impact.
