Compensation Package Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually 401(k): 3% employer match Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided Work Environment: Remote within Illinois, with necessary equipment provided Responsibilities Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Actively network within the community to generate leads and expand the client base Manage both cold and warm leads to develop a robust sales pipeline Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage client information and sales activities Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (1-6 years preferred) Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software Soft Skills: Strong character, ethical mindset, cultural alignment with the organization, and a growth-oriented attitude Travel: Willingness to travel within Illinois for client meetings and relationship-building activities #LI-LP1
