Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician is responsible for repairing minor dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicle panels without the use of traditional body fillers or repainting. The technician will use specialized tools and techniques to restore the vehicle's original finish while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIESInspect vehicles to assess dent damage and determine repair feasibility using PDR methodsPerform paintless dent repair on vehicle panels including doors, hoods, roofs, and fendersUse specialized PDR tools, rods, glue pullers, and lighting systems to remove dentsMaintain the integrity of the vehicle's original paint finishDocument repairs and communicate findings with management or estimatorsEnsure work meets company quality standards and customer expectationsMaintain tools and equipment in proper working conditionFollow all safety procedures and shop guidelinesAssist with shop organization and cleanlinessOther duties as assignedRequirementsQUALIFICATIONSProven experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician or similar roleKnowledge of PDR tools and techniquesStrong attention to detail and precision workmanshipAbility to work independently and manage multiple repairs efficientlyGood problem-solving skills and manual dexterityValid driver's licensePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious PDR experienceExperience working in an auto body shop or dealership environmentCertification or formal training in PDR techniquesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsManual dexterity to operate specialized toolsAbility to bend, kneel, and work in tight spacesCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Texas Driver's License OTHER REQUIREMENTS Pass Background Check Pass Drug Test 21 Years-Old or Older EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS INCLUDE: Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(K) Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Medical Insurance
