Community Mental Health Provider

The Community Mental Health Provider performs a variety of patient care and departmental activities directly related to Medicaid B3 programs (IPR, CSS and BHIS). Works diligently to create a staff environment that is sustainable, enriching and supportive. Provides high quality, evidence-based mental healthcare across the spectrum of ages and presenting concerns.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Services (Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, etc.) with preferable one year Human Services experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management. Strong understanding and commitment to follow HIPAA requirements. Willingness to participate in ongoing education to enhance clinical abilities. Must have a valid driver's license with safe driving record and liability insurance. Must have the ability to drive in all safe driving conditions. BLS certification.
