About the OpportunityWe're partnering with a growing, highly profitable manufacturing organization in the industrial electrification and material handling space seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Area Supervisor to lead second shift operations.This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive production performance, lead a team, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor.?? What You'll DoLead daily production operations to meet output and shipment goalsManage production schedules, labor allocation, and workflow efficiencyTrain, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 employeesEnsure compliance with ISO standards, quality processes, and safety regulationsPartner with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve production issuesOversee engineering change orders and production documentationDrive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor KPIs and implement efficiency improvementsMaintain a strong culture of safety and accountabilityProvide hands-on leadership on the production floor ? What We're Looking For3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience5-7+ years in a manufacturing environmentExperience in ISO-certified environments strongly preferredKnowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, and process documentationERP experience (SAP preferred; Oracle/JD Edwards acceptableFamiliarity with OSHA standards (OSHA 10/30 a plus)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills??
