Company Description We provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services to help children improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Killeen, TX. The responsibilities include developing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, conducting behavioral assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and delivering parent education and training. This role involves collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients, providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and implementing behavior management strategies tailored to individual needs. Qualifications Knowledge and expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience delivering Parent Education and implementing Behavior Management strategies Background in Psychology and a strong understanding of behavior-related principles Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Current BCBA certification and adherence to ethical guidelines as outlined by the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges preferred
