This role provides excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with gaming and cash handling policies. The Casino Cashier also helps maintain a clean and welcoming casino environment. Job Functions: + Process customer payouts, cash handling, and machine reimbursements accurately. + Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow all company cash handling procedures. + Verify customer age and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. + Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests. + Monitor the casino floor and report any suspicious activity or malfunctions. + Keep cashier station and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked. Skills and Demands: + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to follow policies and procedures, especially regarding cash and compliance. + Must be able to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. + Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods. + Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for gaming and alcohol service.
