More details about the benefits we offer can be found at ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Manager - Specialty Programs is responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of a national provider network in partnership with the Clinical Director. This includes management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversees recruitment, training, and ongoing education of the provider networkDocuments work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectivenessMonitors clinical staff to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws, and qualityIn coordination with the Clinical Director, manages provider relationships, performance, and delivery with internal partners and leads management process improvement effortsEnsures FTE CHA providers are completing at least minimum volume of patients on a weekly basis per contract Participates in clinical review and audit procedures for internal and external providersAccountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customersDevelops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communicationAggressively addresses and acts upon adverse events and action thresholds in area of responsibilityConduct staff evaluations, performance reviews, and oversee training and development of staffOversee capacity, scheduling, and utilization of providers in assigned states Ensure timely documentation consistent with current policies and proceduresEvaluate and monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction, develop and implement improvements as neededAssist with budget planning, cost control, and resource allocationSupport integration of new technologies, business lines, and care delivery modelsEmployees will be required to perform other job-related assignments as requested QualificationsREQUIRED Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent experience1+ years of healthcare management experienceActive/unrestricted Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner License Ability to coordinate complex activities across functional lines of operations, under tight timelinesMust be able to relate professionally and positively to physicians, providers and staff with excellent communication, interpersonal and management skillsPreferred Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBoard certification in one of the following: American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)ADDITIONAL FLORIDA REQUIREMENTSActive CPR Certification Posted Min Pay Rate USD $91,080.15/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $108,505.95/Yr.
