We are looking for a Brewery Sales Lead to join Three 3s Brewing Co, a leading brewery in the industry. As a Brewery Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our craft beers, build strong relationships with clients, and achieve revenue targets. You will work on exciting projects such as launching new products, organizing promotional events, and collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling sales campaigns. This role requires a passion for craft beer, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities and drive sales success.Responsibilities:Represent Three 3's brewing at on and off-premise accounts in New Jersey while developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accountsEducate distributors, retailers, and consumers in the territory on all general brewery and brand specific knowledge via distributor sales meeting presentations, work-withs, retail staff educations, consumer tastings and events.Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales growthMaintain an understanding of all legal restrictions regarding brewery product in each market and ensure all initiatives are executed within those limitations.Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materialsParticipate in industry events, festivals, and tastings to promote the brandProvide product training and support to customers and distribution partnersAnalyze sales data and market feedback to optimize sales performancePrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management reviewRequirements:2+ years prior experience in sales, preferably in the craft alcohol industryA valid NJ driver's license, registered, reliable and insured vehicle and ability to drive to and from accounts and events dailyStrong knowledge and passion for craft beer and the brewing processExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a remote settingDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteFlexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferencesEnergetic, organized, and motivated problem solverFriendly and engaging attitude, competitive spirit and a confident personalityAbility to easily move cases of beer (~30 pounds each)Ability to maneuver 160lb kegs
