Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Hammonton, New JerseyWe're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Hammonton, New Jersey who wants meaningful patient relationships, a structured weekday schedule, and the opportunity to serve an underserved community.You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on full-scope primary care. You'll manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with a supportive care team.
