ResponsibilitiesDrives long-range planning, standardization, safety programs, and major construction initiatives in alignment with organizational strategyEnsures optimal performance of all physical plants, utilities, emergency preparedness, audits, and project timelinesManages operational and capital budgets, evaluates project costs, forecasts infrastructure needs, and secures cost-efficient vendor partnershipsLeads and mentors a multidisciplinary management team while fostering collaboration, accountability, succession planning, and strong external partnershipsEnsures adherence to all regulatory standards, guides risk mitigation, oversees safety programs, sustainability efforts, and chairs key committeesElevates service standards, supports operational efficiency, drives customer satisfaction, benchmarks performance, and ensures redundancy of critical systemsQualificationsBachelor's in engineering, architecture, facilities, construction management, or a related business field.Facilities/construction management certification (ASHE or similar), or ability to obtain within 12 months5+ years managing facilities, construction projects, and staff in a comparable environmentStrong knowledge of construction methods, preventive maintenance, life safety, infection prevention, and regulatory requirementsSkilled in reviewing pay applications/change orders, interpreting plans/drawings, and managing budgets and projectsExcellent communication and presentation abilities; proficient in MS Office with capacity to learn additional systemsSalary: $120k - $170kAsk for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey-based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches across Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
