We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections so you can focus on delivering your services. We are selectively partnering with established contractors to service our commercial clients in South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Requirements Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) Worker's Compensation Insurance General Liability Insurance Federal EIN # Other verifiable business documentation 18 years of age minimum Favorable background investigation results Non"‘sole proprietor Qualifications Proven experience in commercial HVAC services Proper licensing and certifications as required by state/local regulations EPA certification Ability to diagnose and repair systems independently Professional tools and service equipment General liability insurance (required) Workers' compensation coverage (as applicable) Reliable transportation and service capability Strong communication and professionalism Preferred Experience with multi"‘site commercial clients Ability to support preventative maintenance programs Responsive and capable of handling service calls efficiently Responsibilities Provide commercial HVAC services including preventative maintenance programs, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Change filters and conduct system inspections Maintain rooftop units, split systems, package units, and ventilation systems Perform thermostat and control checks Respond to emergency service calls as needed Expected deliverables include: Accurate diagnostics and reliable service Professional execution of work Documentation of findings, repairs, and recommendations Project schedules will involve recurring maintenance (quarterly, semi"‘annual, annual) and service calls across multiple commercial locations coordinated with facility managers and the City Wide team.
