A growing industrial manufacturing and supply chain organization is looking to add a Site EHS Representative to support operations based near Hamilton, Ohio, with exposure to a multi-site footprint across the U.S. This person will be tasked with driving a strong, proactive safety culture within a fast-paced logistics and manufacturing environment. It's an excellent opportunity for a hands-on safety professional who wants visibility, impact, and growth.The RoleLead and support site-level environmental, health, and safety initiatives while partnering with plant and regional leadership to strengthen safety cultureConduct safety audits, behavioral observations, and incident investigations, tracking corrective actions through completionDevelop, coordinate, and monitor safety training programs and computer-based training compliancePrepare and distribute safety metrics and trend reports to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunitiesServe as the primary on-site contact for EHS compliance, documentation, and regulatory readiness across assigned locationsThe CandidateBrings 5+ years of progressive experience in safety and health within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operationsDemonstrates deep knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations and practical experience administering safety programsIs a confident, relationship-driven leader with the ability to influence behavior and drive cultural changePossesses strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindsetHolds a bachelor's degree in a related field and is willing to travel up to 25% as needed
