Location: Northern Chicagoland Suburbs (mostly remote, onsite 2-4 times per month)Duration: Full Time/Direct Hire + 5% Bonus OpportunityPosition Overview: Our client, a growing leader in the CPG space, is seeking a talented Designer to join their growing in-house agency creative team. This is an exciting full-time role for a designer who enjoys concepting and producing both digital and video-focused content. You will play a key role in creating compelling visual assets that highlight product benefits and bring CPG brands to life across multiple platforms.This role is approximately 50 percent product demo content and 50 percent digital design. You will collaborate closely with marketing partners to produce effective, on-brand visuals for e-commerce, social, video, and other digital channels. Deliverables include display ads, email, social posts, websites, static and animated assets.Responsibilities:Execute digital video content for product demo materials featured on Amazon and other social platformsConcept, design, and execute product demo content that clearly communicates product benefitsWork with Videographer to develop storyboards and visual directions for video and animated graphicsCollaborate with the marketing team to create designs that effectively communicate brand messages and product featuresStay current on digital design trends, tools, and emerging AI technologiesManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standardsEnsure brand consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all deliverablesAttend and support live production shoots as neededRequirements:2 to 5 years of design experience, ideally within the CPG spaceStrong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, including video content created with original captured footageProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Familiarity with AI tools to support concepting and design explorationStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
