Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine, Family Nurse Practitioner Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Internal Medicine and Family Practice at a rural health facility just outside Lafayette. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in a close-knit community setting. You will provide acute care and follow-up management for chronic conditions, working alongside a supportive onsite team and collaborating with an off-site supervising physician available by phone. Ready to start as soon as credentialed (approximately 10-15 days), this position runs from April 16, 2026, through June 3, 2026, with weekdays Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, and Fridays 8 am to noon, ensuring consistent staffing during clinic hours.
