Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Redwood Coast Medical Services (RCMS) Serving Coastal & Rural Northern California Communities Join our team and make a true impact! RCMS is seeking a compassionate, skilled Home Health RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This role offers the opportunity to travel throughout our coastal region while delivering essential care to vulnerable members of our community. Compensation • Hourly Rate: $40 - $56, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and mileage reimbursement Schedule • 2-3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday • 8-hour shifts • One weekend call shift per month What You'll Do • Provide in-home skilled nursing care, assessments, and patient education • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams • Monitor patient progress and communicate directly with physicians and care managers • Support patients and families in understanding diagnoses, medications, and care needs • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards • Travel within the RCMS service area to reach patients in their homes Who You Are • Mission-driven RN who values relationship-based care • Works independently in the field while connected to a supportive team • Compassionate, respectful, and committed to serving underserved rural and coastal communities • Able to adapt to diverse environments and provide high-quality, patient-centered care Apply today! Requirements • Current California RN license • BLS • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health preferred) • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle • Strong assessment and documentation skills • Commitment to RCMS's mission of community-based, equitable healthcare Salary Description $40 - $56
