Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas state Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required, including facility documentation and care planning.Proven ability to manage caseloads in a building split environment.Experience with restorative nursing programs and long-term care patient populations preferred.
