Strivector s premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position. POSITION OVERVIEW As Plant Safety Specialist your roles and responsibilities will include: The Safety Specialist will serve as an individual contributor supporting Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives within a manufacturing facility. This role focuses on incident investigations, compliance audits, safety program development, and regulatory adherence, ensuring facility-level compliance and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Identify and mitigate workplace safety & health hazards Ensure regulatory EHS training compliance Audit safety programs against company & government standards Monitor performance reports and identify safety trends Develop and document safety procedures Lead/participate in incident investigations QUALIFICATIONS Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Plant Safety Specialist who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Plant Safety Specialist would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following: Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field Experience with HOP (Human & Organizational Performance) ISO 45001 knowledge/experience Strong attention to detail We understand that even if you are a seasoned Plant Safety Specialist you may not have all the skills listed here.
