This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students in a contract position based in Gretna, NE. The role focuses on implementing behavior and foundational skills programs for students in kindergarten through fifth grade within Level 2 classrooms. Responsibilities include working alongside other Behavior Technicians (BTs) and teachers to deliver individualized programming to small groups of elementary students. The Behavioral Skills Program involves supporting 4-5 students, while the Foundational Skills Program involves 2-3 students, ensuring each child's needs are met effectively. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
