With over 20 locations nationwide and a robust online presence, GrowGeneration is at the forefront of driving growth in hydroponics, Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), greenhouse and nursery solutions, and gardening centers.Position Reports To: Director of MarketingSalary Range: $75K-$90K/year DOQPosting to remain live through 05/08/2026Purpose of Position: Responsible for managing the production of videos by planning shoots, organizing schedules, hiring talent, and setting budgets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality video content specifically designed for social media and paid advertisingWork closely within the Creative and Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and target demographics, ensuring content aligns with these goalsStay up to date on trends and advancements in social media platforms, adapting content strategies to leverage new features and opportunitiesManage the entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring timely delivery of contentCollaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to brainstorm innovative ideas for videoAnalyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for content optimizationEnsure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voiceOther duties as assignedRequirements:Experience shooting high quality TikTok Videos or Instagram Reels is REQUIREDPLEASE SHARE A LINK TO A PORTFOLIO OR @Handle to review videosBachelor's degree (not required)Minimum of 3+ years of experience in video production and content creationProficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Facebook, Instagram YouTube, and their respective audiencesDemonstrated ability to create mobile-first content that engages and captivates usersExcellent storytelling skills, with a keen eye for visual aestheticsAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and collaboration skillsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more.
