This role focuses on product setup, cross-functional coordination, and performance tracking to ensure successful product launches and ongoing brand support.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of brand initiatives, including product launches and updatesCoordinate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate product rolloutManage item setup, product data, and system accuracy across internal platformsAssist with pricing updates and promotional executionMonitor brand performance and prepare regular reports on sales, margins, and inventory trendsSupport market and competitive research to inform brand activitiesAssist with ongoing portfolio maintenance, including product updates and discontinuationsOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field highly desired3+ years of experience in brand, category, product management, or related field, Lawn and Garden highly preferredExperience influencing P&L performanceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and planning systems preferredStrategic thinking with strong business acumenAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more.
