They provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. They may perform various duties depending on business needs so flexibility and teamwork skills are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you! Job Functions: First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services neededBalancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local lawsAccurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoicesCommunicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase ordersPerform customer area & restroom maintenance such as but not limited to; detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windowsAbility to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures. Our CultureCome see why Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores was recognized by Indeed as the winner of the Better Work Award in 2023. Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
