Alignment Technician

As an Alignment Technician at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by providing expert automotive repairs and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for working on cars and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.   What You'll Do Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services. Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.   What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: 18 years old Valid driver's license State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only) 1 year of vehicle alignment experience Customer-first mindset   Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED ASE Certifications   Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds   Work Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
