Join Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) and help keep America’s food supply chain moving smoothly and safely.Previous experience with order selection in a food distribution warehouse is required. Why Work with QCD?$25.67/hour starting payHealth, Dental & Vision Benefits available in just 30 daysWeekly pay, consistent hours, and a stable work environmentWork in a 24/7 facility serving two of the biggest names in the food businessOpportunity to grow in a high-performance, team-oriented environment Shifts:Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 4 days/week (10-hour shifts)Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, 5 days/week (8-hour shifts)Must be open to either shift upon hire What You’ll Do:Pick and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently in multi-temperature zones (dry, chill, freezer).Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and confidently — full range of motion and awareness required.Lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.Visually inspect products during receiving and loading for quality assurance.Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area using standard cleaning equipment.Complete all required documentation and paperwork with accuracy. What We’re Looking For:MUST have previous experience as an order selector in food service or warehouse distributionValid forklift certification with at least 6 months of safe equipment operationComfortable working in cold/freezer environmentsStrong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and inventoryPhysically capable of standing, lifting, twisting, and walking for the duration of the shiftDependable, safety-conscious, and detail-orientedReady to build a career in food distribution with a company that delivers more than just orders?
