We are currently seeking an Area Growth Manager for our ReadyRefresh business unit and report to the Zone Sales and Development Manager. The Area Growth Manager is responsible for selling to Commercial Customers through face-to-face visits and networking, and for maintaining and developing existing customers. Salary: $82,499 - $89,929 annually plus commission. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Build new customer relationships through cold call prospecting and develop existing customers through in-person and online meetingsMeeting or exceeding new account sales goalsNegotiating all contracts with perspective commercial customersDeveloping & facilitating sales presentations to a wide range of prospective commercial customersMaintain and grow commercial business within your territoryFully develop new accounts by offering our full line of healthy hydration products and servicesGrow and develop the customer base through support and implementation of all program initiatives and through prospect and customer relationshipsGain understanding and eventually become a Subject Matter Expert as it relates to the industry, the competition, our company and the products and services we offerDevelop strong internal relationships to support our customer’s requirementsAdhere to price policies to meet revenue and profit goalsWork with current sales automation tools to manage appointments, capture prospect data, etc. Qualifications: Key qualifications include:A bachelor's degree in a general business management field (preferred) or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in New Business Development Sales is requiredSuccessful background in prospecting for new commercial business opportunitiesPrior work experience selling to diverse commercial customer base is strongly preferred, plus CPG experience preferred but not requiredPrior experience working in a cold calling B2B sales position where face to face customer interaction was essential to your success in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goalsSelf-starter with successful experience leveraging the internet and technology to generate new sales leadsStrong organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills a mustStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and prospectsAble to work comfortably in a fast-paced environmentPreferred experience using a CRM as a standard requirement – C4C a plusExceptional customer focused attitudeHigh level of resilience, persistence, and energyStrong Account Management skills Salary Range Disclaimer:The salary range provided for this position is an approximation based on market research, internal compensation data and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
