Production Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running daily shop floor operations, leading a team of approximately 30 employees, and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.This role is ideal for a technically strong, floor-focused leader who understands how to operate and optimize a metals manufacturing environment and is comfortable being directly involved in production.Essential Duties & Functions:Lead daily production operations in a metals manufacturing environmentManage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 production employeesDrive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughputOversee and optimize key processes including roll forming, punching, stamping, laser cutting, and weldingMaintain strong working knowledge of equipment and ensure optimal utilizationMonitor production metrics and implement improvements to meet operational goalsPartner with engineering and other internal teams to support production and process improvementsQualifications:4-year degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related fieldStrong experience in metals manufacturing environmentsProven success implementing and sustaining lean manufacturing principlesHands-on knowledge of:Roll formingPunching and stampingLaser cuttingRobotic and manual weldingDemonstrated leadership experience managing production teams of 20+ employeesStrong operational and problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive results on the shop floorFor confidential consideration, please email careers@ or apply directly.
