A large, well-established company in Greenville is seeking a detail-oriented and tech savvy Project Administrator. This role provides admin and coordination support to the project management team from project start to close keeping the projects organized and running smoothly on the back end.Great opportunity to join a solid company with great benefits. Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced engaging environment needed!Responsibilities:Download and organize bid documents (e.g., RFPs, drawings) to internal driveAssist Sales team with RFP responses and complete prequalification formsOrder bid bonds as requiredEnter new job data into internal systems (Viewpoint/Concrete Vision) and issue booking notificationsSchedule Turnover Meetings and prepare/distribute related documentationCoordinate and set up internal and external meetingsUpload project drawings to SharePoint for engineering and subcontractor reviewDraft, prepare, and manage project-related correspondenceMaintain electronic filing of all job documentationGenerate and distribute weekly Project Status ReportsOrder required insurance documents and bondsComplete and submit insurance paperworkAssist with LEED documentation and submittalsRoute contracts and change orders for approvals; file and return to General ContractorSubmit closeout documentation and materials to GC upon project completionPrepare transmittals and upload drawing submittals for GC/ArchitectManage office supply inventory (paper, ink, toner) and print drawings as neededQualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)Relevant work experience in a project admin type role, construction industry is a plusFriendly, customer-service oriented, and professional demeanorStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPrefer Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldSchedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompensation & Benefits:$26-30/hourComprehensive benefits packagePerformance-based bonusesCompany known for great culture and tenure
