Services are delivered in homes and community settings to stabilize youth and families.Required Duties Deliver IIH interventions in home and community settings Implement Person-Centered Plans Participate in crisis stabilization interventions Support family skill building and behavior strategies Participate in Child & Family Team meetings Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation Remain fully available during IIH assigned service hours Follow team response and availability requirementsMinimum Qualifications - Must Meet NC QP DefinitionPer 10A NCAC 27G .0104, QP status requires ONE of the following: Master's degree in human services + 1 year experience Bachelor's degree in human services + 2 years experience Bachelor's degree in other field + 4 years experience Or recognized equivalent credential pathwayRequired Experience Minimum 1 year experience with child/adolescent MH populationRequired IIH TrainingWithin 30 Days IIH definition training Crisis trainingWithin 90 Days Motivational Interviewing System of Care Person-Centered Thinking Modality training (CBT / Family / Trauma)??
