Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP/FNP) Location: Silver Spring, MDSchedule: Full-Time OutpatientCompensation: $100,000 $120,000 + Quarterly Incentives Position Overview An established and reputable OB/GYN practice serving Northern Virginia and DC is seeking an experienced Women s Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in women s health.This is a collaborative, specialty-focused outpatient role providing comprehensive women s healthcare across the lifespan in a well-supported clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive women s health servicesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditionsConduct exams, screenings, and patient assessmentsPrescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plansOrder and interpret labs and imagingProvide preventive counseling and patient educationPerform minor in-office proceduresCoordinate care with physicians and specialists Qualifications MSN from an accredited NP programWHNP or FNP certificationActive NP and RN licensureBLS certificationMinimum 1 year of women s health experience Compensation & Benefits $100K $120K base salaryQuarterly incentive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA/FSA options401(k) with employer match (after one year)Paid holidays and PTOAnnual CME allowanceParking provided
