Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR activities across the business, gaining exposure to both day-to-day operations and longer-term people initiatives.This role is well-suited to someone at the beginning of their HR career, including recent graduates, who is looking to develop within a dynamic and growing organisation.Key Responsibilities:Support the delivery of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and complianceAssist hiring managers with recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboardingProvide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth running of HR processesAct as a first point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance on HR policies and proceduresSupport performance review cycles and employee development initiativesAssist in maintaining HR systems and employee records, including use of platforms such as ADPContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupport employee engagement and organisational development initiativesAssist with HR reporting and tracking key people metricsCandidate Profile:Recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in Human ResourcesA degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is desirablePrevious HR experience (internships, placements, or work experience) is advantageous but not essentialStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and developAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentFamiliarity with HR systems (such as ADP) is a plus but not requiredCareer Development:This role offers an excellent foundation for a career in Human Resources within a high-growth manufacturing business.
