Animal Research Assistant OncologyGreenfield, IndianaAnimal Research Assistant with oncology experience to support in-life operations for preclinical oncology studies.Job Responsibilities: Working with Animals in research environment for pre clinical oncology studies May perform husbandry and animal handling work Performs dosing and bleed techniques Measures tumor size, animal weights and measures May perform medical imaging Follows study protocols Cell inoculation Reports findings, maintains information in LIMS Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in veterinary technology or related program OR Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Biology, Wildlife Studies, or related life science field OR 2+ years of college in related Sciences field AND 1-2 years of hands on large or small animal care in laboratory/research or farming operation. 1+ years of experince working in CRO performing animal research oncology studiesrequired (In Vivo Oncology study experience) 1 + years of experience in animal tumor measurement and cell inoculation 1+ year of small animal handling experince required 1+ years of animal dosing experince required Mammalian cell culture experince preferred but not required.
