Join our Team as a Marketing Operations Performance Specialist!The Role: Toyota Material Handling North America, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Marketing team as the Marketing Operations Performance Specialist. You will be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of all marketing tactics through multiple channels. You will be expected to direct these insights through several digital marketing channels by optimizing the tactics through various digital marketing initiatives. You will identify and execute opportunities to improve our content's effectiveness throughout a prospects' journey through the sales and marketing funnel. This includes working with various internal and external teams on digital advertising/promotions strategy, search engine optimization, competitive research, dealer communications, promotional and product messaging, nurture marketing, marketing data analysis, and personalized messaging. You will foster a relationship between the sales and marketing teams to ensure sales team members receive necessary marketing support. What You'll Be Doing: Lead all data and analytic projects inclusive of all marketing channels and tactics. Have experience in operating multiple platforms including Power BI, Digital platforms and Adobe marketing platforms. Produce reports and dashboards to be shared at all levels internally and externally to display success and countermeasures of tactics. Asses and utilize insights to support optimization for website, SEO, promotions, advertising and content. Assess website performance and execute website optimization efforts to drive prospects down optimal sales and marketing funnels. Analyze content for digital advertising campaigns and verify alignment with SEO efforts. Track SEO efforts internally and in coordination with business partners. Content Creation - Blog content, product content, email content, content marketing, digital content. Become educated on customer database as well as all integrated data to accounts and contacts. Assist in strategy and execution of digital advertising and promotions plans in coordination with external partners. Assist TMHNA's Marketing Personalization Specialist with Adobe Target Test as needed. Optimize access to marketing support for sales leadership and staff. Assist with blog and analyze high performing blog content. Administrate and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines. Support marketing operations by administering and maintaining Wrike or other workflow management tools for campaign and project management, including intake, workflow configuration, timeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and visibility into priorities, dependencies, and execution status across marketing initiatives. Support all marketing team projects as needed. Interactive content development. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree. 1 + years of analytics experience, ideally for B-to-B companies. Relevant writing experience with samples to provide. Knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates. Knowledge of digital advertising and promotions tactics. Working history of Power BI. Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools. Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization. Excellent communication skills. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Salary - $62,353 - $83,895 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
