Adult Nurse Practitioner needed in Greenbrae, CA

About the Position:Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience.Provides care to patients aged 18 to 100+.Conducts physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse patient population.Prescribes medications, pharmaceuticals, and treatment plans based on patient needs.Refers patients to specialists and other healthcare services as appropriate.Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.Maintains a professional rapport with both staff and patients.Performs additional tasks as needed to support clinic goals, as directed by the Medical Director.Participates in care team responsibilities following Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) procedures.Additional duties as assigned.Compensation & Benefits:$50,000 signing bonus available for select candidates (terms apply).Competitive salary range: $135,000 $160,000 per year.Relocation assistance available.Comprehensive benefits package.
