EH&S Coordinator IILocation: Greeley, COCompensation: $40-44/hr W2 6-Month Contract-to-Hire with medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD and PTO during the contract period!Innovar Group is supporting an EH&S Coordinator II opening within active commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction environments in the Denver/Aurora, Colorado area. This role supports field safety execution across active construction projects and partners closely with project leadership to maintain strong safety performance, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices across dynamic job sites.Position OverviewThe EH&S Coordinator II will operate independently within field environments, supporting site safety initiatives, conducting audits and inspections, and reinforcing safety standards across crews and subcontractors. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in active construction settings and are looking to continue growing within safety leadership supporting infrastructure and data center project environments.ResponsibilitiesConduct site safety inspections, audits, and field observationsLead incident investigations and corrective action follow-upSupport OSHA compliance initiatives and safety reportingPartner with project leadership on hazard mitigation planningConduct toolbox talks and support safety meetingsPromote safe work practices across crews and subcontractorsTrack safety observations, incidents, and corrective actionsSupport implementation of behavior-based safety initiativesPreferred Industry BackgroundCommercial constructionIndustrial constructionElectrical constructionInfrastructure projectsFabrication or contractor-driven environmentsMission-critical or data center construction environments strongly preferredQualifications3-6 years of EH&S field experience within construction environmentsOSHA 30 strongly preferredExperience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigationsStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently in active field environmentsConstruction industry experience requiredPrior experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or electrical infrastructure projects strongly preferredInnovar Group is comprised of senior talent agents who deliver top recruitment services to clients throughout the United States.
