As a Guest Relations Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, making their experience memorable from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor will shine as you escort guests to their tables and manage reservations with a waitlist when needed. If you have a knack for great customer service, we want you! Legal Disclosures Pay Range (Base Pay): $15.16 - $16.41 Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (available after 1+ years of service with a minimum of 20 hours per week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (available starting at age 18). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan with company match up to 4% of pay (must be 21+, available after 1+ years of service and 1,000+ hours per year).
